I really like all of these except maybe the last one. I don’t think he has them in any particular order. Ahh, childhood…many many hours learning my dance moves from the likes of Janet, Madonna, Beasties and a little Prince thrown in for good measure. I was in England when the big hair bands were around so I didn’t get to be a part of that video era. And so it appears LC and Paris bring more bank and sucky reality TV killed the video star.

Aaron,

I know you only work for Yahoo…..and for one specific group at that…..but why does the daily Hot Jobs alert email contain the same jobs that the previous 7 days worth of emails contained? Everyone else only sends email alerts for NEW jobs that have posted since my last email notification. For all I know there are 100 new job postings, but it still lists the first 10 from my search critertia.

Plus I love the ‘Jobs That May Interest You’ section of the email message. Let’s look at the three for today:

Housekeeper

Janitor

Telemarketer Associate

Where in my resume does it say I’m qualified for these three professions? Why would a Janitor position interest me? It’s like saying, you’ll never find a job in your current field, so why not become a janitor instead…..

I’m not really mad…..I just thought it was funny…..

What are you making this holiday?
Denis and I have been experimenting with what we are calling the Michelle Smore. Grahm cracker, caramel, marshmellow and chocolate. Played with adding toffee but that seems too crunchy. Will probably use the toffee to make cookies (like the ones from the Kent campout!)
