Michelle got me a macbook for Christmas.
I am totally hooked, this is by far the greatest computer for end users like myself that I have ever used. I have been only playing around on it now for two days, and already I am totally hooked. It comes loaded with programs that you want; not a ton of redundant shit, like pc’s. In the past I have had to take my pc’s to Gideon to have him remove programs that I felt were totally useless. This little beauty I opened up, it said hello asked me my name, to pick my router, and what was my email addy. Ready to go.
Now, I don’t wanna sound over the top, but I am about to get married soon, so things should be incredibly blissful here right? Yup. Let me just say that at other points in my life I have thought I know what love is. I was wrong. The Michelle that I met eight years ago is nowhere near the woman I know today. I can say without a doubt, that the woman I woke up with this morning is the most amazing woman in the world, and everyday that we grow together, she teaches me what love is. There is a depth and breadth I never knew was possible. If what they say is true, and the past repeats itself, I will have a life time of unbridled love, understanding and support from the woman I am totally head over heels for. I don’t know how I got so lucky, but I thank god for putting Michelle in my path.
Do you feel that way about your partner?
Do you feel that way about your computer?

Drew says you feel that way about your lawn/cooler.
I feel that way about Jen.
Not for an inanimate object. Although I hear that Gideon feels that way about his computer.

The Michelle I met eight years ago didn’t have a shirt on. Now she’s a retirement planning powerhouse. I’d agree she’s not the same :)
As for who woke up next to the most amazing woman in the world, I’ll just say that the men of AZF2K tend to be attracted to very strong women who don’t take any shit.
As for the Mac. Welcome. Send any questions my way. I still have my original Powerbook and have never regretted the decision to switch from PC. A belated thank you to Gideon for ALL those years of PC support. He’s a patient man.

are they on at the same time?
I thought they were back to back. the episode about halo 3 had michelle and I rolling.
I think of it as a mix of living next to gideon and rooming with Cary. still it makes me laugh.

Michelle, when reading Denis’ post I thought it was post glow… looking to score. Ultimately, I’m glad he’s seen the light that you are. YOU ROCK!
As for my partner we recently realized we’ve been together for 13 years! Ups and downs all around, but when he’s on the road I miss him terribly. Its one way that makes me realize how much I love him. That and he is an awesome father.

With the whole family having been together this weekend I realized how lucky we are. Even with the ups and downs that Ally talks about we have an incredible support network that we can lean on when we need to.
I %@*# love you man!!!

I have the best friends ever!
Who else could debate which is technically superior, Star trek or Star Wars?
